Privacy notice

Placeholder. The interest form collects parents' names, contact details and their child's school and year group, so a real UK GDPR privacy notice is required. The ICO publishes a free template for small organisations.

What we collect

Parent name, email, child's school and year group from the interest form. When you book: your contact details, your child's details, medical information and emergency contacts, collected through Book That In.

How we use it

To contact you about clubs. How long it is kept.

Who we share it with

Google (the interest form and sheet are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets). Book That In (bookings, child details and medical information) and Stripe (card payments).
